One of the most famous race tracks in the world, WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway offers incredible viewing areas of amazing racing. Immerse yourself with Friday qualifying and two full weekend days of racing in close proximity to the motorcycles and racers themselves with our open race paddock. ONCE THE BOX OFFICE CLOSES, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY WITHOUT HAVING REDEEMED YOUR TICKET FOR A WRISTBAND AND PARKING OR CAMPING PASS.
When do the gates open and close?
Gates are open at 8am for all ticket purchasers and all sales and check-in will close at 6pm. This includes check-in for campers and RV as well. Should you arrive after hours, we would ask that you stage your RV until gates open the next day.
What gate will I enter?
The enterance you will use to get to the ticketing gate will be the Boundary RD.
Is my receipt my ticket?
NO! All receipts with QR codes must be scanned and redeeemed for wristbands that will stay on for the duration of your stay. Camping pass and wristband holders will be free to come and go as they please.
When can RV campers arrive at the venue?
Reserved RV Campers will be allowed to come in Thursday at 1pm (all entrants must have a 3-day weekend pass)
Non-Reserved and tent campers will be allowed to come in when gates open at 8am on Friday.
Are there spots for the tent camping?
There is tent camping on Fox Hill and motocycle parking only. If you wish to reserve a site for tent camping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fan Lap is on Saturday after the track goes cold. It’s a safety car escorted lap around the track. You are required to wear helmet and have a signed waiver.
Do they race in the rain?
Yes, we do race in the rain.
When is the last day to purchase tickets online?
Gate pricing tickets will be available to purchase online throughout the event.
What day is racing?
The event schedule can be found on our website, but the event is a double header, so there is racing both Saturday and Sunday.
What time do gates open?
Gates open to the public at 8am on Friday.
Can I have a campfire?
No campfires permitted.
Can I bring Pets?
Yes! Bring your furry friends, but be sure to pick up after them and keep them on a leash.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available so please make sure you read through all selections carefully before confirming at check out.
Event Cancelation and/or Delay Policy at Weather Tech Raceway:
In the event there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions MotoAmerica will postpone track events until the conditions become safe for participants, employees, and spectators. If hazardous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances cause an event to become canceled, the original ticket holder will be able to attend the rescheduled event. No cash refunds will be issued. This policy applies only to original ticket holders who purchased their ticket through MotoAmerica. Resale tickets or tickets purchased through a different ticket provider are not eligible for this policy. This policy only applies if the event is delayed and then canceled. This policy does not apply if the event is shortened by sanctioning body or is delayed and then continues in the same day. This policy only applies if the event is canceled on the day of the event. If the event is canceled at least 24 hours prior to event date then the original ticket holders will be issued a refund.
GENERAL: COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
FOR CAMPERS & CAMPGROUNDS
Non-registered campers or visitors are not permitted entry into any campsite areas.
Camping reservations only apply to individual household units. No group campingallowed.
Those who check-in with the account holder of the campsite will be the only guests allowed to camp in the assigned site
Extra vehicles must be part of household unit and parking only allowed at registered site.
Temperatures of all individuals in trailers, recreational vehicles, or other vehicles will be checked prior to registering. Temperature must be <100.4°F.
Campers are encouraged to utilize their own RV/trailer for showering, restroom use, cooking, etc. If using outdoor picnic tables, we recommend guests bring their own vinyl table covering for easy cleaning and disinfecting.
Playground is closed. Please respect this state and county mandate.
Campers must wear face coverings if leaving the boundaries of their campsite. Gloves are recommended.
Social & physical distancing of 6’ to be practiced when outside of your assigned campsite. No physical contact, handshakes, or other means allowed.
No large gathering allowed in any campsite. Maximum is 12 people with 6’ social distancing required. The maximum gathering can take place outside only. All participants must comply with social/physical distancing mandate and face coverings must be worn.
No Off-Road Vehicles allowed
Facility does not have potable water. Campers must use bottled water for drinking and cooking.
Update notices will be posted on WeatherTechRaceway.com, as well as on the bulletin board near the Guest Booth.
*** For the safety of all guests within Laguna Seca Recreation Area, onsite security will be patrolling to monitor guest behavior. Laguna Seca Recreation Area reserves the right to remove campers from the park if protocols or standard established policies regarding behavior and/or conduct are not being followed.
Temperature and symptom screenings will occur with all associates and volunteers prior to each shift. Symptoms of COVID-19 include frequent cough, fever (>100.4°F), difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell. If experiencing any of the above, associate and/or volunteer is not to report to shift.
All associates and volunteers of Laguna Seca Recreation Area / WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca are to wear face coverings when outside with 6’ social distancing practiced.
Acrylic shields installed at the entrance and exit windows of the Guest Booth. Pens will be wiped down consistently. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are in place for all associates, volunteers, and visitors.
Practice social and physical distancing at all times. CLEANING & DISINFECTING:
Park attendants to clean electrical panels and water spigots located in individual campsites after each check-out.
Dump Station to be cleaned and disinfected each day and park attendants to wipe down equipment after each use.
Restrooms / Showers will be cleaned and disinfected three times per day, morning, afternoon, and evening.
Doors to restrooms / showers to remain closed at all times. Hardware to be disinfected each time restrooms / showers are cleaned.
Hand sanitizer stations installed at the entrance of each restroom / shower.
Park Attendants have been trained on the proper use of all-purpose cleaners and disinfectants.
